Refund Policy
1. General Policy
At Napoleon Bakery & Cafe, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in this policy.
2. Custom & Special Orders

Custom cakes, catering, and pre-orders are non-refundable once the order is confirmed or production has begun

Changes or cancellations must be requested at least [48–72 hours] in advance

Deposits (if required) are non-refundable
3. Order Issues (Quality or Errors)
If there is an issue with your order (incorrect item or quality concern):

You must notify us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery

Proof (photo + receipt) may be required

Approved resolutions may include:

Replacement of the item
-
Store credit
-
Partial refund (at our discretion)

We do not guarantee refunds in all cases.
4. Pickup & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking orders at pickup

Once the order leaves our premises, we are not responsible for damage, mishandling, or storage issues
5. Delivery Orders

We are not responsible for delays, damages, or errors caused by third-party delivery services

Any delivery-related issues must be addressed with the delivery provider directly
6. Cancellations

Standard orders: Cancellation requests must be made at least [24 hours] in advance

Custom orders: Subject to the terms outlined in Section 2

Late cancellations are not eligible for refunds
7. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind after purchase

Failure to pick up an order

8. Payment Processing
All refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
